Situation
While preparing to launch a new drug for overactive bladder (to replace one that they were currently marketing) our client wanted to ensure that the KOLs who would be presenting information on the new drug were familiar with the study data and able to present this well.
Initiatives
KOL speaker training was conducted at events throughout the region with In Vivo responsible for meeting organisation, management of faculty and production of speaker training materials.
