Up-to-date DME treatment guidelines were needed for the Asia-Pacific region.
Initiatives
An Asia-Pacific regional advisory board was formed with the objectives of:
- developing Asia-Pacific guidelines for the treatment of DME
- promoting awareness and uptake of the guidelines via conference presentations and manuscript publication.
Role of IVC
- Agenda development and event planning
- KOL management
- Medical writing, project management, medical editing and journal submission.
